This simple kitchen trick is so easy it barely qualifies as a recipe, but it’s a great way to add a touch of Halloween magic to breakfast, lunch or snack time. Turn ordinary bread into a Halloween treat by using mini Halloween waffle makers to imprint errie images right onto slices of bread before toasting. As the bread browns, the images appear. Spooky Toast
Ingredients
- 1 loaf sliced bread
- butter, jam, cinnamon sugar, avocado etc. or fill with your favorite sandwich ingredients. Toast or sandwiches toppings
Instructions
- Heat waffle maker and then place a slice of bread on the mini waffle maker. Lower the lid and press down for 5 seconds to create an imprint of the waffle maker image. Remove bread and toast as usual. Easy peasy. 😁 For toast: Serve with butter, jam, cinnamon sugar, or avocado etc. For sandwiches: assemble your favorite sandwich ingredients for a spooky lunch. 👻
