2mediumpears, peeled and diced(add lemon juice to prevent browning)
½cupwalnuts or pecans, chopped
½cuppomegranate arils
⅓cuphoney (plus 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice)
Instructions
Spread goat cheese into small silicone skull mold and freeze for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight. Keep frozen until ready to assemble salad. Cut end of endive head and separate into leaves. Wash and spin dry. Arrange leaves into a Creepmas Tree on a large platter. Add pears, nuts, cheese skulls and pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with pomegranate honey and enjoy!
