Ingredients

  • 4 oz. herbed goat cheese
  • 1 package mini toasts (I used Egalite Mini Toasts)
  • ½ cup sour cherry jam (substitute with raspberry or strawberry jam)
  • ½ cup honey

Instructions

  • Spread goat cheese into tooth mold with a knife and then freeze for a minimum of one hour. Pop out frozen teeth from mold and place them in a plastic container and return to the freezer. Repeat spreading of the remaining goat cheese into the molds to make another batch of teeth and place in the freezer for another hour.
(Note: These can be made ahead and kept frozen until ready to assemble)
  • Once teeth are frozen, mix jam and honey in a small bowl until combined and spread jam mixture onto toasts. Remove frozen teeth from the freezer and dip teeth roots into the honey jam mixture and place on toasts. Top with additional jam honey mixture if desired.
  • Allow the assembled sweet tooth bites to sit at room temperature for ~10 minutes before serving to allow the goat cheese to soften. Serve all by themselves or as an addition to a Halloween themed charcuterie board.
