To make the dressing, mix all ingredients together and stir until sugar and salt are dissolved. Set aside.
Use a spider-shaped paper punch to punch out spider garnish from seaweed sheets. Set aside.
Peel daikon radish and then use the julienne peeler to cut long strips of radish and place strips into a large bowl. Toss daikon radish strips with dressing and add black sesame seeds. Transfer to a large platter or serve in individual servings. Garnish with punched spiders and more sesame seeds and serve. Enjoy!
